Durbin Crossing is a 2,086-acre master-planned golf course community in Northern St. Johns County, Florida.
The community features 1,550 single-family homes, 947 multi-family units, over 200,000 square feet of retail/office use, regional parks, and an elementary school. Two feature filled amenity centers include oversized pools, playgrounds, ball fields, workout rooms and organized activities.
The community has become part of the hub of the North St. John’s County. The community is close to “A” rated schools and is completing its own K-8 school on site. Currently, six builders are active in the community.
