The Identification Process:
SouthStar was early to recognize the potential for northern expansion of the Dallas Metroplex beyond Plano and purchased the property which eventually encompassed 1618 homes. SouthStar reached agreements with the City which entailed providing extensive public infrastructure including over 2 miles of public roadways and utility rights of way. Since the early 2000’s, Frisco has become one of the fastest growing communities in Texas, and SouthStar has developed two additional communities in the City.The Trails of West Frisco is sold out.
