Case Study:
Reposition and Turn -Around an Existing Project

Project:
Metro West

Location:
Orlando, Florida

Repositioning Process:
Prior to Southstar’s purchase, MetroWest had been open for 15 years with slow sales and an un-focused vision for completion. Southstar repositioned the remaining land parcels and reinvigorated the sales process resulting in the balance of the property to sell within 3 years.  The local government cooperated with Southstar’s vision to enhance the value and accelerate the absorption of the remaining parcels.  Numerous modifications and variances to the zoning and site plans were approved to incorporate Southstar’s new development program to address the changing market conditions and improve sales.
